“Best coaching session I’ve ever had.
I hate coaches, but I love you.”

WHAT IS COACHING?
A coach gets you to your goals — more quickly and easily than you could get there on your own.
Think of athletic coaches: These are experts in their fields who watch, assess, and guide an athlete on their journey. A coach offers a set of expert eyes to reflect back what the client is actually embodying, and keep the client on the right course.
In many settings, coaches are completely normal — expected, in fact. But in the space of personal growth and development, we often think we have to go it alone, trying to succeed on generic advice we find online or highly-specific tactics that work for one person and not another.
One-on-one guidance is powerful, and coaching is unique. A coach helps their client to break through barriers and see results in their life, as opposed to:
a teacher or facilitator, who explains a technique to you
a mentor, who tells you the way that they approached situations similar to yours
a talk therapist, who listens to your words and offers alternate intellectual perspectives
A coach asks specific questions, investigates the fundamental causes of your challenges, and tasks actions that will help you integrate the desired change into your life.
I asked: “What is my genius?”
Here’s what you said.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A coaching session begins with identifying a particular intention or goal you have and the challenges you’re experiencing in getting there. Together we’ll probe down to the root causes of the blockage, using proven concepts of behavioral psychology. After identifying the limiting beliefs and habits that are causing your frustration, we apply practical solutions that are tailored to your unique lifestyle, mindset, and interests. Prepare to feel deeply seen, break through barriers, and be recognized for your exceptional nature.
There are many ways to work together, so we always start with a single session. Your coaching plan is tailored to your unique needs. Individuals typically begin with a set of 3 or more one-on-one sessions to lay a strong foundation for their next chapter, whereas organizations and large teams fare best when committed to 3-6 months of consistent collaboration, with buy-in from the entire leadership team. We’ll explore and determine your needs in your first session.
SYSTEMS & METHODS
Coaching, unlike teaching or facilitating a specific method, is all about reflecting and adapting to the client, speaking in the specific language that will land most profoundly for them.
As a lifelong spiritual nerd and hardcore researcher, one of my gifts is synthesizing the wisdom of many schools of thought and applying those insights in grounded, practical ways that resonate with you.
Though you may never even realize it, below are just a few of the many systems I draw upon in our work, primarily because they have created profound consciousness shifts in my own life. If you are interested in the terminology and details of these methods, I’m always glad to share during our sessions! Alternately, if you have a different school of thought you like to work in, I can easily frame our conversation in those terms.

This practical application of profound mindset concepts was created by Jim Dethmer, Diana Chapman, and Kaley Warner Klemp. Designed for business organizations and their leaders, these commitments begin with the way we work every day and quickly transform all of our relationships and endeavors.

Contrary to its mainstream marketing as a tool for relaxation or trance states, meditation is a state of razor-sharp awareness that allows us to touch the very nature of Consciousness. Breathwork is just one of many forms of meditation that we can use to access the powerful insights available when we work with our human consciousness, not against it.

These part-science, part-spiritual systems reveal detailed information about our purpose, habits, and challenges in this lifetime. After years of study, I distill the endless details into what matters most for you.

The Five Element theory is an ancient framework that informs many traditional technologies such as Chinese Medicine and Feng Shui. The Five Elements teach us to live in alignment with the cycles of Nature, to interrogate and diagnose our internal challenges in new ways, and to operate with less force and more ease.
-
Mindfulness is "our relationship to experience as it is happening," as described by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and can be practiced in every activity and every moment. During our sessions, I act as a mirror to bring mindful awareness to habits and patterns that you may not have realized are having a profound impact on your life.
-
Created by Danielle LaPorte, The Desire Map is a framework that helps us excavate beneath our tangible desires to discover what will truly fulfill us in this life. By feeling more deeply into what we crave, we can stop chasing surface-level pleasures and find what provides lasting satisfaction.

Independent of any religion or philosophy, Kabbalah is a spiritual system that invites us to expand our view of how and why certain things happen in our lives. By adjusting our mindset, we begin to realize how all aspects of life are serving our evolution.
IS COACHING FOR ME?
If any of the following apply to you, it’s time for coaching:
You have a specific goal/intention for your personal success, whether in business, family/relationship life, personal growth, or spiritual exploration
You’ve observed a particular habit or theme that keeps recurring in your life, hampering your growth
You feel it’s time for a change, but you’re unsure of your next steps
You are working in other healing/development modalities (such as meditation, therapy, or physical healing) and want additional, specific guidance to support your growth in that work
You’ve been wondering or feeling that you need some personal guidance (Trust your intuition.)
We often resist support because it’s difficult to be vulnerable and state our challenges plainly. The prospect of being truly recognized can seem intimidating, even frightening. It’s understandable to have reservations.
However, it is precisely this resistance that prevents our progress. We take half-measures and never commit to meaningful development. We keep ourselves at our own arm’s length, never reaching true understanding and acceptance of our issues. We go it alone when we don’t have to.
In my own journey, I have read books, subscribed to apps, taken classes, and gone to monasteries, but the most powerful and lasting transformation has always come from personal guidance. Getting support for your particular needs is the most profound, effective, and efficient way to grow.
Every coaching journey begins with a single session. During that time, we’ll determine what the most fruitful way is to continue our work together, ranging from regularly-scheduled sessions (great for accountability and momentum) to Q&A support on a messaging app. Each journey is unique, and that’s what makes it so exciting.
